TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYING

Land surveying is the process of measuring and mapping the precise legal boundaries and physical features of a project.  Our surveys are utilized to support the planning and design of construction, infrastructure, and development projects.

Surveyors measure the corners and lines of parcels of land and public rights-of-way based on historical records, deeds, and physical evidence like monuments or markers.  That field survey also involves collecting data on the terrain, boundaries, elevations, and existing structures using tools like GPS, total stations, and UAVs.

This information is then organized to create detailed plans, maps, and 3D models that guide architects, engineers, and developers in designing buildings, roads, utilities, or landscaping while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Our diverse team of surveying professionals provide these services to a variety of client types, including civil engineers, municipal entities like cities, and school districts.  We also offer surveying services to private developers and property owners.
